Create more exposure to the sport of fishing for community members of Dorchester and Boston in general.

Charter busses, buy fishing equipment, and hire an instructor. Outdoor sports are fun and often people who live in cities don't have exposure or access. Especially in a modern world both children and adults could benefit from more outside time. This is also a social sport that would be community building and create opportunities for people with outdoor interests to to connect / meet others.
