❓ We can pay for it via one of our channels (vendor contract, subgrant, stipends/microgrants, goods distribution, direct assistance).

❓ Permission in hand for any space you don’t control or pivot to a portable/off-site version.

This seems like a feasible idea - the only questions is who is running the event and what space are you using for the event?

This would be a summer event ahead of the school year to help youth who have recently moved to the United States get accustomed by helping them connect with programs for after school, build new relationships, and giving out supplies for the school year to all youth.
