✅ Public benefit in Dorchester and nonpartisan.

✅ Fits the budget ($25k) and is doable in the Summer (by August 31, 2026)

❓ We can pay for it via one of our channels (vendor contract, subgrant, stipends/microgrants, goods distribution, direct assistance).

✅ Permission in hand for any space you don’t control or pivot to a portable/off-site version.

There are elements of this idea that are too broad. Is this a scholarship we're establishing? Are funds getting paid directly to colleges? Could this be a donation to an existing scholarship fund that serves Dorchester residents? There are a lot of ways to do this, but the idea right now is unclear on how we would support young people going to college.

Supporting students future

Maybe

What we would do with the money is that the money would get given to students and put into there college funds. This is needed because things like this matters because young people that want to go to college and can't afford it may benefit from it.
